The Florida State Seminoles and SMU Mustangs have released their initial injury reports ahead of their game on Monday. Several players from both teams will be unavailable, while others are listed as questionable or probable.
The SMU Mustangs will be without running backs Link Rhodes, Christian Rhodes, and EJ Kelly. Offensive lineman Abel Hoopii, linebackers Kenneth Goodwin III and Caden Marshall, and cornerback Deuce Gilbert are also out. Wide receiver Daylon Singleton, along with safeties Ahmaad Mosses and Jaden Miller-Jones are listed as questionable. SMU currently has no players listed as doubtful or probable.
For the Florida State Seminoles, wide receiver Devin Carter, defensive backs Chuck Kennon, Karson Hobbs, and Jordan Crutchfield will not play. Wide receiver Tae'Shaun Gelsey and defensive back K.J. Kirkland are questionable. FSU’s probable list includes running backs Zay Parks and Amari Thomas, offensive lineman Brady Welch-Joiner, defensive linemen Darryll Desir and Kevin Wynn, linebacker Caleb LaVallee, cornerback Quindarrius Jones, and safety Ashlynd Barker. Tight end Gabin Markey is doubtful.
The game between FSU and SMU is scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m. ET on Monday at Doak Campbell Stadium and will air on ESPN.
