Universal Studios Hollywood’s Halloween Horror Nights will feature a character from the film *Obsession* in its 2026 event. John Murdy, HHN Creative Director and executive producer, revealed plans for Nikki, played by Inde Navarrette, to interact with guests throughout the park.
The appearance will center around Nikki as she appears before her “wish” is undone in the film, showcasing a corrupted version of the character. Murdy described the experience as similar to the roaming Art the Clown from the 2025 event, with Nikki appearing in unexpected locations, including the park’s retail store. Unlike Art, who was portrayed by multiple scare actors, Nikki will be played by traditional actors delivering scripted dialogue “straight from Curry’s” film.
To engage with Nikki, guests will need to find a password shared on Universal Studios Hollywood’s Instagram Story. Successfully providing the password may reward guests with the phone number for One Wish Willow, the company featured in the film. Murdy learned that Curry Barker, the film’s director, provided the voice for the customer service representative in the film and has requested Barker record a special message for event attendees to hear when they call the number.
