Milan and Juventus will discover their Europa League opponents for the 2026-27 season on Friday. The two Italian clubs qualified for the competition by finishing fifth and sixth in Serie A last season and will be placed in Pot 1 for the draw.
The Europa League league phase draw is scheduled to take place at 12.00 BST on Friday. Both Milan and Juventus will be drawn against teams from each of the four pots – Pot 1, Pot 2, Pot 3, and Pot 4 – playing four matches at home and four away.
The teams in Pot 1 alongside Milan and Juventus are Bayer Leverkusen, Benfica, Lyon, AZ Alkmaar, Olympiacos, Real Sociedad, and Marseille. Pot 2 includes Ferencvaros, Viktoria Plzen, Union SG, Dinamo Zagreb, RB Salzburg, Celtic, Sparta Prague, Rennes, and Anderlecht. Pot 3 consists of AFC Bournemouth, Crystal Palace, Sturm Graz, Lech Poznan, Sunderland, Celje, Jagiellonia Bialystok, and Omonia. Completing the pots, Pot 4 features Hoffenheim, Besiktas, Torreense, Hapoel Be'er Sheva, NEC Nihmegen, OFI Crete, Lillestrom, Aarat-Armenia, and Levski Sofia.
The schedule for the 2026-27 Europa League league phase is as follows: Week 1 will be played on September 16-17, Week 2 on October 15, Week 3 on October 22, Week 4 on November 5, Week 5 on November 26, Week 6 on December 10, Week 7 on January 21, 2027, and Week 8 on January 28, 2027.
