Meghan Markle has been removed from Guy Ritchie’s upcoming film, ‘The Gentlemen,’ following significant public criticism in the United Kingdom. The decision was reported by Tina Brown, former editor-in-chief of Vanity Fair and The New Yorker.
According to Brown, the removal occurred after “intense backlash in the U.K.
‘The Gentlemen’ is a planned remake of Ritchie’s 2019 film of the same name. It is currently unknown if Markle will be replaced or if the role will be removed from the film entirely.
