The NBA has penalized the Los Angeles Clippers following an investigation into the team’s signing of Kawhi Leonard. Owner Steve Ballmer has been suspended for one year.
The Clippers were docked five first-round draft picks and fined $30 million as a result of the investigation. The team stated they plan to challenge the findings “through every avenue.”
