The journal *Nature* has issued a correction to a previously published article concerning the role of the erythropoietin receptor on dendritic cells in immune tolerance. The correction addresses errors in figures, source data, and a methods section detail.
The correction details several specific errors. In Figure 2e, macrophage values for the day 28 +DT (15-28) group contained a copy-and-paste error. Figure 3i contained inadvertently duplicated qPCR values for Scube3, originating from the EporΔXcr1 UNT group instead of the EporΔXcr1 T, A group. Day 15 values for the EporΔXcr1 + Iso group in Figure 5k were also duplicated from day 13.
Errors were also found in the Source Data. The data for Figure 3i was incorrectly labeled as “Fig. 3k.” In the Source Data for Extended Data Figure 2c, the unit “ng/ml” should have been “pg/ml.” Additionally, “p4E-BP4” should have read “p4E-BP1” in rows 2 and 11 of the Source Data for Extended Data Figure 3, corresponding to Extended Data Figures 3d and 3e, respectively. The sample size for the “EporΔXcr1 + anti-PD-1” group in the Figure 5k legend was corrected from n = 6 to n = 7.
Within the Methods section, a correction was made to the “qPCR, RNA extraction and cDNA synthesis” subsection, changing “omental tissue” to “cDC1s.” Finally, the label for Figure 5i was changed from “Gated on CD45+TCRβ+CD8+ T cells” to “Gated on CD45+TCRβ+CD4+ T cells” due to a production error. The amended figures, text, and Source Data are now available in the HTML and PDF versions of the article. Original figures are available as Supplementary Information.
