St. Peter's Prep Promotes Ryan O'Flaherty to Head Football Coach

Jersey City, New Jersey's St. Peter's Prep will enter the 2026 high school football season with a new head coach leading the program. According to a social media announcement made via Instagram, the Marauders have named Ryan O'Flaherty as their new head coach.

O'Flaherty has been promoted from within the existing coaching staff. He previously served as the team's offensive coordinator and associate head coach before being elevated to the top position. The announcement marks a significant leadership change for one of New Jersey's prominent high school football programs.

St. Peter's Prep, known as the Marauders, has opted for continuity by promoting an internal candidate rather than conducting an external search. O'Flaherty's familiarity with the program, having already served in key assistant roles, positions him to maintain offensive systems and player relationships established during his tenure as offensive coordinator and associate head coach.
