Scheffler revealed his illness after completing his second round at the BMW Championship. He stated he began feeling unwell earlier in the week and sought medical attention. The illness caused him to feel under the weather during the tournament.
“Yeah, I was feeling pretty rough yesterday,” Scheffler said. “I went to see a doctor, and I ended up having hand, foot and mouth. It’s a little rough, but I’m feeling better today.”
