Indian singer-songwriter Prateek Kuhad is set to make his acting debut in the upcoming feature film, “Drowning” (titled “Doobna” in Hindi/Urdu). The film will be directed by Dar Gai and produced through a partnership between Marginal MediaWorks, D36, and Jugaad.
The announcement was made by Marginal MediaWorks. Kuhad, known for his popular songs including “Cold/Mess” and “Kasoor,” will star in the film which is being shot on location in New Delhi.
“Drowning” marks Marginal’s first fiction feature produced in South Asia.
