NASA Launches 'Clump Scout' Project to Study Stellar Nurseries

NASA has announced a new citizen science initiative titled "Be a Clump Scout and Help Reveal Secrets of Stellar Nurseries." The project invites members of the public to participate in astronomical research by examining images of galaxies.

The primary objective for volunteers is to help identify star-forming clumps within these galaxy images. These clumps are key to understanding stellar nurseries, the regions where new stars are born.
