Maeve Jinkings, Bárbara Colen, and Márcio Vito are set to star in “Mesopotamia,” the feature film debut of director Andy Malafaia. The project is being developed by Druzina Content, the production company behind the award-winning film “Five Types of Fear.”
The three actors – described as some of Brazil’s finest of their generation – will lead the cast of “Mesopotamia,” though details regarding their roles have not been disclosed. Director Andy Malafaia is making his feature directorial debut with this project.
Druzina Content, a Brazilian production company, is backing “Mesopotamia.” They previously produced “Five Types of Fear,” which won best film at the Gramado Fest and was subsequently picked up by Viola Davis’ Ashé.
