According to Morgan, his manager at the time terminated their professional relationship because of his age. He stated, “I got fired by my manager…because I was getting older.” This dismissal occurred just prior to him being cast in both 'Grey's Anatomy' and 'Supernatural', roles that significantly boosted his career.
