Allisha Gray’s late-game performance propelled the Atlanta Dream to an 82-81 victory over the Dallas Wings on Wednesday night. The Dream, who were trailing by as many as 15 points, secured the win in their first game following the All-Star break.
Allisha Gray scored five of her team-high 25 points in the final seconds of the contest. Angel Reese contributed a strong performance with 22 points and 12 rebounds, achieving her 18th double-double of the season. The Dream’s record now stands at 17-10.
The Dallas Wings were led by Arike Ogunbowale, who scored 24 points. Despite Ogunbowale's efforts, Dallas fell to a record of 18-10. The game marked the first contest for both teams since the conclusion of the All-Star break.
