Fineman, best known for her impressions, confirmed she would be exiting the NBC sketch comedy series in a post on Instagram. The actor stated, “After 7 wonderful seasons at SNL I have decided it’s time for my next chapter.” She did not specify what her next endeavor will be.
The comedian concluded her message by saying, “It’s really hard to leave,” indicating the difficulty of departing from a show she clearly enjoyed. Fineman joined ‘SNL’ in 2019 and quickly became known for her celebrity impressions and character work. Her departure follows those of several other cast members in recent seasons.
