A woman is in custody and facing two felony charges after vandalizing the World War II memorial on the National Mall in Washington DC.
According to U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia Jeanine Pirro, the suspect was arrested Friday morning. The vandalism involved filling the memorial's water with soap bubbles and scrawling graffiti that read ‘Clean hands Dirty $’.
