Sabrina Impacciatore, known for her role in “The White Lotus” Season 2, and Alessandro Borghi will co-star in the upcoming Italian psychological thriller “Un’Altra Madre,” a new Prime Original. The film is currently in production.
The project, titled “Un’Altra Madre” (which translates to “Another Mother”), will be directed by Francesco Carrozzini, who also helmed “Supersex.” Impacciatore and Borghi are set to play leading roles in the psychological thriller, details of which have not been fully disclosed.
The announcement was made on Wednesday during Prime Video’s Italy upfront presentation. The film is currently being shot, with no release date specified. Both Impacciatore and Borghi bring significant recognition to the project; Impacciatore recently gained widespread acclaim for her performance in “The White Lotus” Season 2, while Borghi has starred in films like “The Eight Mountains” and “Supersex.”
