Former Boston Celtics player Glen Davis alleges that Kendrick Perkins was investigated but not punished in connection with an NBA insurance fraud scheme. Davis, who served time in prison for his role, questions why some involved received lighter sentences or avoided jail time altogether.
Davis stated, “They literally wanted to make me out to be an example. There was a lot of people that got investigated.” He specifically named Perkins, Tony Allen, and Darius Miles, noting their continued success despite being looked into. “Kendrick Perkins, you see him on ESPN.
