The 31st Busan International Film Festival (BIFF) unveiled 23 Korean and Asian independent films selected for its Vision section. The lineup is divided into two sub-sections: Vision-Korea, featuring 12 titles, and Vision-Asia, with 11 films.
The Vision section evolved from the Korean Cinema Today – Vision program. Last year, it transitioned into a standalone program with a broader scope, encompassing filmmakers from throughout Asia. This expansion reflects BIFF’s commitment to supporting and promoting independent cinema across the continent.
